The second event was Sun & Moon Soiree organized by Nadine Guimond who through her love for the environment created a set of Eco-friendly reusable containers and cutlery. Her initiative #byoc (bring your own container) involves getting restaurants to display a branded sign in their window letting patrons know that if they bring their own container, the restaurant will put their take out or leftovers in them.
